Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, including any that are incurred if an item cannot be delivered to the specified address or fails to be collected from a mail collection office. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are to ensure that they provide the correct delivery address at the time the order is placed. I am not responsible for any loss or damages as a result of the incorrect address being supplied.

Returns and refunds

Please contact me before returning any item. Should you choose to return any of the goods then you must notify me within 14 days, beginning with the day after receipt of the goods, and the goods must be returned within 14 days after that. You can notify me by writing or email. You also must ensure that the items are shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred when returning goods to me. In the event that I need to recover the goods, then any direct costs I incur will be the responsibility of the customer and can be deducted from the value of any refund owed. If the item is not returned and received in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. A refund will only be issued once I have received the item back and in the original packaging, unused and have proof of purchase enclosed before any refunds will be given. Any free gifts provided as a result of the purchase must also be returned at the same time.

If goods are supplied incorrectly or damaged, a full refund, including postage costs, will be made on receipt of the returned goods. However, should you change your mind, then your money will be refunded minus the postage and the fees from the payment gateway.

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads or content

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
